Job Description

Build and grow your litigation practice under a nationwide revenue-sharing platform
Retain full control of your clients billing and rates while keeping the majority of what you bill
Handle a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes from pre-litigation through trial and appeal
Collaborate with a global network of 400 attorneys across practice areas including corporate real estate employment and insurance defense
Access comprehensive administrative support including billing IT compliance and marketing
Focus on client advocacy and litigation strategy without the burden of traditional firm overhead
Operate fully remote with the option to use branded offices in New York Chicago and across Europe

Qualifications

Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Verifiable portable book of business of $250000 annually
Strong track record in civil or commercial litigation including case management motion practice discovery and trial preparation
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage and grow client relationships independently
