Job Description
- Build and grow your litigation practice under a nationwide revenue-sharing platform
- Retain full control of your clients billing and rates while keeping the majority of what you bill
- Handle a diverse caseload of civil and commercial disputes from pre-litigation through trial and appeal
- Collaborate with a global network of 400 attorneys across practice areas including corporate real estate employment and insurance defense
- Access comprehensive administrative support including billing IT compliance and marketing
- Focus on client advocacy and litigation strategy without the burden of traditional firm overhead
- Operate fully remote with the option to use branded offices in New York Chicago and across Europe
Qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Verifiable portable book of business of $250000 annually
- Strong track record in civil or commercial litigation including case management motion practice discovery and trial preparation
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage and grow client relationships independently
