Company Overview

beem Light Sauna is a rapidly expanding wellness studio in Macon GA offering state-of-the-art infrared light therapy in a clean calm and community-centered environment. Our mission is to help people feel their best physically mentally and emotionally.

We are seeking a Sales Manager who is energetic sales-driven and ready to lead a small team in a fast-paced customer-focused environment. This is a full-time leadership position ideal for someone who is passionate about health wellness and personal growth both for themselves and others.

Key Responsibilities

• Make 50 outbound calls or texts daily to follow up with leads and convert sales

• Conduct studio tours wellness consultations and in-person membership sales

• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue goals

• Plan and execute local marketing events partnerships and community outreach

• Create and maintain a 90-day local marketing calendar

• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance

• Coach and support front desk staff to achieve individual and team sales targets

• Address client concerns professionally and ensure a high-quality experience

• Oversee daily operations including: scheduling reporting inventory and CRM management

• Take initiative to improve processes and lead by example

Requirements

Required:

• 2 years of experience in sales studio management or a membership-based business

• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Experience with outbound calls lead follow-up and appointment setting

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Willingness to work 23 Saturdays/month

Preferred:

• Background in boutique fitness spa cryotherapy or wellness studios

• Experience with CRM platforms like Mindbody Zenoti or ClubReady

• Skilled in coordinating local events pop-ups or brand activations

• Familiarity with social media for basic promotion and content collaboration

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time: 40 hours/week (56 days/week)

• Includes 23 Saturdays/month for events or studio support

• Base Salary: $40000-$45000/year

• Bonus Potential: Up to $1000/month based on performance
