Job Summary
The Paper System Operator is responsible for working in a safe and efficient manner to maximize production and ensure timely shipping of products and raw materials. This position requires attention to detail good hand-eye coordination and adherence to all safety and quality standards.
Essential Responsibilities
Production
-
Operate machinery efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.

Maintain a clean and organized work area including sweeping and removing excess material around packaging equipment and warehouse areas.

Perform outdoor duties as needed such as sweeping and picking up debris to maintain a safe and clean environment.
Safety
-
Exercise caution in all production areas particularly around moving equipment.

Participate in monthly safety meetings and required training sessions.

Follow all safety procedures and complete necessary testing as required.
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED.
-
Ability to lift 2040 lbs regularly.

Physical capability to bend squat and stoop as needed.
Experience
-
1 year of industrial or machine operation experience preferred.
