British American Tobacco Sweden is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Malmö.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Plan coordinate and implement investment projects in snus manufacturing technologies.
- Manage project budgets including CAPEX and OPEX ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.
- Support process improvements production and Manufacturing Excellence initiatives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross functional deprtments suppliers and contractors.
- Lead cross-functional regional and global projects driving IWS IM pillar project structures.
- Promote safety compliance with global standards and a professional work environment.
- Initiate improvement projects enhance existing manufacturing machines and drive future ideas.
- Provide guidance coaching and clear direction to technicians operators and other staff.
What are we looking for
- Minimum 5 years of technical education and production engineering experience preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge interest and hands-on engineering expertise.
- Proven project management skills and structured goal-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Service-minded flexible and trained in hazardous work (height hot work) and LOTO procedures.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken preferred flueint in Swedish spoken and written.
- Proficient in MS Office; CAD skills and knowledge of SAP SS EN or ISO standards are a plus.
- Committed to continuous learning and applying technical safety and process best practices.
