Could you be the full-time onsite Site Procurement Manager in Vasteras SE were looking for


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and team management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside dynamic and collaborative teammates.
Youll play a pivotal role in driving supplier QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) performance ensuring project execution and profitability while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (engineering supply chain quality and accounting) manage and develop a multicultural team of buyers and ensure compliance with Alstoms Procurement rules processes and tools and much more.

Well look to you for:

  • Managing and developing Senior Buyers and Buyers motivating and inspiring them in a multicultural interface to improve competencies

  • Securing compliance of your team to the Alstom code of Ethics

  • Maintaining close links with Global Procurement (Commodity Manager (CM) Domain Director (DD)) to deploy global strategies and create synergies

  • Managing your cost center and ensuring the adequate sizing of your organization according to business needs

  • Supporting local teams in commercial and contractual negotiations during project execution phases

  • Analyzing risks setting appropriate mitigation plans and formalizing/sharing return on experience on key issues

  • Degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Engineering or a related field

  • Experience or understanding of procurement processes supplier management and project execution

  • Knowledge of QCD (Quality Cost Delivery) performance management and procurement best practices

  • Strong communication skills in Swedish and English (mandatory)

  • Leadership and team management skills with a focus on motivating and developing diverse teams

  • Resilience and adaptability to manage complex negotiations and solve critical issues under pressure.
