Job Summary

At Amazon were transforming how we manage and optimize processes across our vast network to consistently exceed customer expectations. As a Continuous Improvement Sr PM within our Network Optimization team youll play a crucial role in developing and implementing innovative strategies for process standardization across our fulfillment network.

Youll collaborate with our Transportation Supply Chain and Regional Operations teams to design and execute dynamic processes that can be replicated with operational efficiency. This role focuses on creating scalable and strategic processes that enhance productivity and delivery experience while optimizing our operation across multiple regions.

This highly visible position requires someone who can analyze complex data sets to make strategic decisions while managing day-to-day execution of large-scale standard processes. Youll be tasked with developing operational strategy identifying opportunities for network efficiency improvements and implementing advanced process methodologies that respond to seasonal variations and regional demand patterns.

Youll be responsible for creating data-driven business cases coordinating cross-functional initiatives and maintaining alignment across various stakeholder groups. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical capabilities to develop and monitor key performance metrics.

This role is perfect for a strategic problem-solver who excels in data analysis thrives in dynamic environments and can translate complex operational challenges into actionable solutions that drive meaningful improvements in Amazons global fulfillment operations.

Key job responsibilities
Own and manage the long-term strategy for complex cross-functional programs related to process standardization working with stakeholders across global supply chain transportation operations retail compliance and product/tech teams.
Develop and execute innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations and delivery programs.
Drive program strategy and implementation to expand selection accelerate delivery times and reduce costs.
Partner with executive leaders to align priorities and secure resources across multiple organizations.
Create and maintain program documentation including business requirements implementation approaches and strategic narratives.
Identify and proactively mitigate risks while driving timely decision-making.
Manage and influence cross-functional teams to deliver results without direct authority.
Define and track key performance metrics to measure program success.

- 5 years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 5 years of team management experience
- 5 years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Bachelors degree
- Speak write and read fluently in English

- Experience managing analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Masters degree
- Experience driving improvement programs in the operations engineering and support fields
