About the Division

The Corporate Banking Operations division within Technology & Services functions as an integral extension of Corporate Banking across key value chains and critical customer deliverables. We take pride in our professional expertise and engage collaboratively with customer communities to provide high-quality customer experiences and ensure resilient value chains.

Section Payment Services has about 75 employees who specialize in international payments exceptions investigations and related support tasks. We aim to lead in applying new technology and maintaining strong professional expertise.

Payment is an important area within the bank experiencing ongoing changes in technology and the competitive environment. As Head of International Units this role will contribute to these developments. The department manages payment support and IT testing for international branches in Sweden Denmark Finland the UK and Germany.

About you

We seek a leader with strong business understanding strategic thinking and the ability to build effective relationships. You thrive on having responsibility leading and motivating others. You are interested in payment and technological solutions. You quickly grasp new issues motivate teams and drive continuous improvement. The ability to work towards goals make decisions in various contexts and communicate clearly and effectively is expected. The working language in the department is English and a strong command of spoken and written English is required. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is considered an asset.

Relevant management experience is required.

Your main tasks:

• Ensure good collaboration arenas with relevant units on the business side and other relevant partners.

• Daily operation of the department and various activities related to this

• Lead and develop employees in the department

• Take part in the preparation and implementation of the sections and the departments goals and strategies

• Prepare and implement action plans to ensure goal attainment for the department

As Head of Department it will be your responsibility to:

• Create a good collaboration with the business side and the divisions professional environments

• Ensure compliance with processes in the department

• Be a driving force for development and change in the department

• Actively contribute to the management team for the development of the section and division

• Ensure that the department has good and sufficient expertise within the areas of responsibility

• Foster a culture of inclusion continuous improvement competence sharing open communication and effectiveness

• Representing the department internally and externally

Salary: 2800-3700 EUR bruto
