Key Responsibilities:
Releasing laboratory orders preparing supplies obtaining viable specimens and utilizing packing lists.
Perform light cleaning and maintain a clean work environment.
Occasionally required to float to other clinics based on staffing needs.
Ensure specimen quality and uphold quality standards in all laboratory processes.
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments.
Previous laboratory or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
Laboratory Assistant No certification or previous experience required ($16.00-25.50)
Senior Laboratory Assistant Requires active phlebotomy certification ($17.00-26.50)
Pathology Technician Bachelors degree required in biology or related subject ($23.50-36.00)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to support daily lab operations. This position plays a key role in maintaining the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional environment.

Qualifications
High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.Completion of a formal phlebotomy program phlebotomy experience and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
