About the opportunity
Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients to develop and implement individualized care plans ensuring optimal health outcomes.
Administer medications accurately and monitor for adverse reactions maintaining detailed records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams including physicians and allied health professionals to coordinate patient care and address complex health needs
Provide education and emotional support to patients families
Ensure adherence to aged care standards and regulations by maintaining accurate and timely patient records.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies utilizing advanced clinical skills to stabilize patients and initiate appropriate interventions.

To thrive in this role you will have:
- Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (NMBA)
Excellent clinical time management organisational and communication skills with the ability to adapt and problem solve.
A compassionate flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
The ability to nurture friendly respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
You will also be required to provide evidence of or in the process of obtaining:
NDIS clearance
Valid work rights
