As a Toyota Car Sales Associate your role will involve the following responsibilities:

Showcasing Vehicles: Youll be responsible for presenting our wide range of Toyota vehicles and all brands of used vehicles to potential customers. This includes explaining features benefits and specifications.
Sales : Youll actively engage with customers aiming to meet and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our inventory is essential. Stay updated on industry trends and participate in sales training programs to enhance your expertise.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process. Assist customers during vehicle demonstrations financial proposals and delivery.
Professionalism: Maintain a positive attitude professional appearance and ethical conduct. Always prioritize the customers needs and commit to growth.
Communication: Excellent communication skills are required in person by phone E mail and text.
Prospecting and follow up: Significant daily outbound E mail calls and texts to solicit and follow up on possible sales are required

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required a college degree is preferred.
Valid Drivers License: Youll need a valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record in addition a Vehicles Sales License.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Youll be interacting with customers daily.
Sales Experience: While not always mandatory automobile sales experience is a plus.
Performance in a Fast-Paced Environment: Car sales can be fast-paced so adaptability and efficiency are crucial.
