Position Summary:
Building upon level one level two deburr operators work with minimal assistance to perform all levels of hand finishing tasks such as edge breaking and employing a number of different deburr tools and media to achieve specified surface finishes on a number of different materials. This requires basic print reading competencies an intermediate understanding of different deburr media uses as well as an intermediate understanding and familiarity with customer specifications such as BAC5700. Level two deburr operators also demonstrate the ability to use a number of inspection tools such as micrometers calipers profilometers etc. 1-5 Years of Exp.

Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add subtracts multiply and divides in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of basic computer use. Applicant should be familiar with machining methods.

Physical Requirements:
Required Experience:
4 years minimum experience in aerospace/automotive machining or related industry. Intermediate knowledge on machining methods. Background knowledge of AS9100 quality systems.
Level of Education:
High school diploma/GED equivalent required. A minimum of at least 1-year experience in industry or related field.
