Position: Full-Time Service Advisor - 2nd shift 11:30 AM-8:00 M-F Saturday rotation

Location: Waukee IA

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.

What Youll Do:

Maximize Productivity: Schedule shop work to ensure maximum productivity and department profitability.
Customer Interaction: Schedule service appointments gather customer and vehicle data and keep customers updated on repair progress.
Detailed Explanations: Explain repair costs and time requirements obtain proper authorizations and provide detailed explanations of completed work.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
Coordination: Coordinate part requirements with the parts department and handle telephone inquiries.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Drivers License and insurable driving record
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with heavy vehicle service terminology
