The Service & Team:

These posts / post will sit in the Youth Transformation Pilot team as part of Early Support . This post is initially 12 months fixed term

The Role:

This is a new and exciting Project and these posts will be at the forefront of a developing a new initiative for young people in Cornwall. The role will involve delivering the online youth sessions and developing new policies and practices in line with the National Youth Agencys Digital Youth Work Standards. The role will include promoting the Online Youth Club and helping to develop plans for the Pilot to be sustained longer term. You will also take part in the Pilots evaluation

This is a public/customer-facing role where the statutory English language requirement for public sector workers applies.

This position will be subject to an enhanced criminal record disclosure check.

Working Pattern:

The role will involve working 3 evenings a week (split between 2 part time posts) Monday - Friday

What youll need to succeed:

You will be an experienced JNC Youth Worker / Youth Support Worker experienced in working with young people 13 yrs You will have an interest in Social media/ online gaming

We will consider internal and external Secondments with Manager/Organisation agreement
