How youll make an impact:

• Lead High-Impact Advisory Projects: Drive strategic consulting initiatives for top-tier electricity sector clientsspanning distribution transmission retail and generationtackling regulatory economic and technical challenges.

• Innovate for a Sustainable Grid: Analyze and support the integration of renewables (onshore/offshore) electrification trends (e-mobility hydrogen industry) and efficiency measures to future-proof electrical networks.

• Deliver Smart Solutions: Apply proven methodologies and cutting-edge tools to solve complex system studies and operational challenges ensuring high-value outcomes for clients.

• Strengthen Client Partnerships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders contributing to long-term growth and customer satisfaction.

• Drive Business Development: Support sales and marketing efforts by addressing technical inquiries incorporating client feedback and identifying new consulting opportunities.

• Lead with Excellence: Manage projects end-to-endplanning budgeting risk management and deliverywhile mentoring peers and enhancing internal processes and tools.

Your Background

• Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in electrical engineering electrical power systems or a related field is required. Advanced degrees (Masters PhD MBA) are preferred.

• Extensive Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in executing power systems studies and a deep understanding of electrical power systems. Proven experience in designing understanding and performing power systems studies with a consulting approach.

• Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the electric power industry market systems and equipment.

• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in power systems modeling simulation and analysis with experience in software simulation tools such as PSS/E DIgSILENT PowerFactory ETAP EMTP PSCAD RTDS and the definition of various static and dynamic studies.

• Languages: fluent level of English
