Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Year 4 Teacher to join a supportive and inclusive primary school in Hounslow. This full-time permanent position begins January 26 and offers an exciting opportunity to help pupils achieve academic success and develop confidence as independent learners.

Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan prepare and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
Assess and monitor pupil progress providing feedback and support to help every child succeed.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters a love of learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues support staff and parents to ensure pupil wellbeing and progress.
Contribute to the development of the school community through participation in events and enrichment activities.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour learning and achievement.
Year 4 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 ideally Year 4.
Strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and assessment frameworks.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A collaborative and reflective approach to teaching.
Commitment to promoting an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
