Job Summary
We are seeking a confident and enthusiastic Year 5 Teacher to join a welcoming and high-achieving primary school in Hounslow. Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative well-structured lessons aligned with the KS2 curriculum.
Monitor assess and support pupil progress setting high expectations for achievement.
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages independence and a love of learning.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues support staff and parents to ensure pupils reach their full potential.
Contribute to the wider school community including enrichment activities and events.
Uphold the schools values and commitment to inclusive education.
Year 5 Teacher Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 ideally Year 5.
Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and assessment practices.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
A reflective enthusiastic and team-oriented approach to teaching.
Dedication to providing a supportive and stimulating learning environment.
