Job Summary
An Outstanding Sixth Form in Harrow is seeking a permanent full-time Teacher of Religious Education starting January 2026. This role offers an opportunity to teach within a high-performing Humanities faculty.

Responsibilities
- You will deliver stimulating and rigorous instruction across Key Stages 3 4 (GCSE) and 5 (A-Level) (e.g. Philosophy & Ethics).
- Your focus is driving high attainment and fostering sophisticated textual analysis critical philosophical thinking and respectful dialogue.
- You will contribute to the rich PSHE and values programmes within the school.
- You are expected to maintain the departments track record of excellent A-Level results and support students in university applications for related subjects.
Requirements
- You must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- You must have passed your induction period and have a strong record of teaching success particularly in RE/Philosophy & Ethics at A-Level.
- You must have the right to work in the UK.
- You must hold a Degree in Theology Philosophy RE or a closely related field.
