Pay Rate: $12 - $16/hr; (Negotiable based on experience)

Shifts Available:

7:00 AM 3:00 PM
3:00 PM 11:00 PM
11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. The CNA will provide quality care to residents under the supervision of licensed nursing staff in accordance with facility policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide personal care to residents including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics and lifting devices.
Record and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
Take and record vital signs (temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration).
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
Deliver excellent customer service to residents families and coworkers.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current CNA certification in the state of New Jersey.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
