Shifts Available:

7:00 AM 3:00 PM
3:00 PM 11:00 PM
11:00 PM 7:00 AM

Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our healthcare team on a PRN (as-needed) basis. As a CNA you will provide direct patient care support residents with daily activities and assist the nursing staff in ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing dressing grooming toileting and feeding.
Take and record vital signs such as temperature blood pressure pulse and respiration.
Observe and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff.
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable environment for residents.
Help residents with mobility transfers and positioning.
Ensure proper documentation of care provided.
Follow care plans and attend to residents individual needs.
Adhere to infection control and safety procedures.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent.
Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
CPR/BLS certification (required).
Minimum 6 months of CNA experience.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
