Position Summary:
Seeking Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children and teens diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This role involves delivering individualized therapy teaching functional skills and creating a supportive and engaging environment. Training and certification support are provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Work one-on-one with children and adolescents with autism
Teach language social motor play and daily living skills
Maintain a structured and engaging therapy environment
Build meaningful relationships with clients and families
Collect behavioral data and document progress
Collaborate with multidisciplinary therapy teams
Obtain and maintain RBT certification and complete QBS Safety-Care training

Schedule:

Part-time and full-time options available

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree or higher
At least 1 year of transportation experience
Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
