What Youll Do:

Strategic Impact & Storytelling

Transform complex data into compelling narratives that inform executive decision-making and drive business outcomes.
Lead high-impact analyses that uncover opportunities and shape product strategy.
Drive data-driven exploration for new product initiatives helping define the future roadmap.

Analytics Leadership & Infrastructure

Design and maintain executive-level KPI dashboards that serve as the single source of truth for business performance.
Build scalable data infrastructure and reporting systems to support growth.
Own and optimize customer reporting infrastructure ensuring actionable and reliable insights.

Enabling a Data-Driven Culture

Champion self-service analytics by creating intuitive dashboards and tools for stakeholders across the organization.
Develop new datasets and analytical frameworks to unlock insights for multiple business teams.
Provide rapid-response analysis for time-sensitive questions and opportunities.

Mission-Critical Operations

Maintain and enhance key reporting systems for billing payroll and customer operations.

What Were Looking For:

6 years of professional experience in Data Analytics.
Proficient in SQL with hands-on experience using BigQuery and dbt.
Strong alignment with our organizational values and mission.
Skilled with data visualization tools such as Looker Tableau or Mode.
Experience with cloud data warehouse technologies (Snowflake Databricks) and other cloud platforms.
Hands-on experience building functional user-friendly data products for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to collaborate with and influence diverse stakeholders.
History of structuring ambiguity into actionable clear insights.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary & Equity: $90000 $145000 annually based on experience and location.
