Job Title: QA Automation Architect

Summary

We are looking for a visionary Test Architect with deep expertise in automation testing and quality engineering strategy. This role is ideal for a seasoned QA professional who can architect scalable maintainable and intelligent test automation solutions across UI API and backend systems. The Test Architect will play a pivotal role in shaping the QA roadmap driving innovation through AI/ML-based testing and mentoring QA teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required Skills:

10 years of experience in QA with a strong focus on automation testing.
Expertise in Selenium Core Java TestNG Rest Assured for API and UI automation.
Proven experience in architecting and implementing 2 3 automation frameworks independently.
Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern tools like Playwright Cypress SCafe.
Strong understanding of BDD frameworks (Cucumber JBehave) and build tools like Maven.
Solid knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and project tracking tools like Jira.
Deep understanding of the test lifecycle Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in retail or loyalty domain is a strong plus.
Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skills.

Work Site: Atlanta GA ( Hybrid - Tuesday to Thursday)

Duration: 6 Months

Expected Start Date: Immediate - 2 weeks
