- Candidate should have good knowledge in providing the End-User Support for PHP based
- Applications secondary skills could be Symfony Laravel Java Angular MySQL.
- Monitoring first pass of Ticket Triage (analyze diagnose and resolve) & Generation through SPOC
- Analyze incident and provide details and feedback to L2
- Proactive analysis of all issues & requests identification method to prevent in future
- Ensure SLA Compliance for Incidence Response & Resolution
- Analyze logs configs. & data to troubleshoot the incident and identify the cause
- Coordinate crisis call engage experts manage Incident to resolution (Issue ownership triage & resolution) and focus on Recovery
- Deployment Support
- Provide Full Support to the Level 3 team for all hands-on-deck production issues
