This position is a Grade: 8 - 40 with an approximate salary range of $46870 - $56250 and is subject to change based on experience skills and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced administrative support for complex programs and research initiatives
Analyze organize and coordinate processes and procedures to optimize efficiency
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
Support faculty members and institute leaders in achieving strategic objectives
Streamline workflows and enhance operational effectiveness across I-DISC
Coordinate communications and logistics for various programs and events
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Finance Communications or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience
Three to five years related work experience
Experience in Higher Education Administration Office Management Event Management and/or Research Management
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Experience supporting faculty or senior-level administrators preferred
