Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to join our home health organization a leading recruitment agency in the health care industry. As a Human Resources Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing all HR functions within our organization ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. This position is vital to our companys success as we continue to grow and expand our services in the health care sector.

As the Human Resources Manager at i4 Search Group you will be involved in a variety of projects aimed at attracting developing and retaining top talent in the home health industry. You will have the opportunity to lead initiatives related to recruitment employee relations performance management training and development and HR policy implementation. This role requires a strategic mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting the professional growth and well-being of our team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process including sourcing screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding orientation and training programs.
  • Handle employee relations issues and conduct investigations when necessary.
  • Administer performance management programs and provide guidance to supervisors and employees.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal state and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage benefits administration including enrollment changes and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience in HR or related field is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
  • SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a bonus.
