Founded nearly four years ago Launch Legends is at the forefront of bridging Web3 blockchain technology with the next evolution of Web2 integrationbringing businesses on-chain through enterprise-grade solutions DePIN innovations and decentralized financial infrastructure.

Our flagship project Autheo is an AI enabled Layer-Zero OS with an integrated Layer-1blockchain andcomplete decentralized infrastructure thast includes decentralized compute storage identity and service marketplaces as well as a Full-stack development enveronment (DevHub)engineered for scalable enterprise adoption developer innovation and real-world blockchain integration.

Compensation & Growth Path
This is a part timeequity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends Autheo and the WFO Creator Network along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 4 to 5 months following ournode tokensales or funding.
ROLE:VP OF MARKETING
The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for executing holistic marketing strategies and tactics regarding the marketing and outreach initiatives for Autheo and GO WFO projectxs creating our strategic marketing planoptimizing brand engagement and fostering relationships with in the creator and extreme sports industries The ideal candidate will have a proven expertise in strategic marketing growth hacking content marketing community engagement and a deep passion for the creator industry backed by strong leadership and analytical capabilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
âˆDevelop marketing strategy and execution plan for launching and growing the GO WFO community network and ecosystem.
âˆHelp orchestrate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to fuel GO WFOs growth trajectory.
âˆManaging and protecting the companys brand which includes developing and implementing branding strategies as well as monitoring how the brand is perceived by creators and the public.
âˆSpearhead branding initiatives crafting compelling messaging that resonates with our target audience.
âˆResponsible for creating compelling narratives around individual products and services.
âˆDevelop and optimize the GO WFO website community network and landing pages to bolster lead generation and conversion rates.
âˆCurate persona development strategies fine-tuning our messaging to resonate with specific audience segments.
âˆArchitect customer journeys ensuring seamless and engaging interactions across all touchpoints.
âˆDrive content marketing efforts creating compelling narratives that align with our brands vision and mission.
âˆChampion both inbound and outbound marketing initiatives maximizing brand reach and engagement.
âˆCultivate robust relationship marketing strategies fostering deep connections with our audience and stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:
âˆProven track record in leading comprehensive marketing campaigns with measurable results and 8 years experience
âˆHighly experience withWeb3 marketing forBlockchain and Cryptocurrencies preferrably Layer-1 Layer-2 or Infrastruture projects
âˆExpertise in growth hacking with a knack for identifying and leveraging growth opportunities.
âˆDeep understanding of persona development and customer journey mapping.
âˆProficiency in content marketing inbound and outbound marketing techniques.
âˆDemonstrable experience in relationship marketing and community engagement.
âˆStrong analytical skills with a penchant for data-driven decision-making.
