Were looking for a Senior HR Advisor for our public sector client based in Northampton on an initial 3-month contract paying 28.68 per hour Inside IR35.
This role offers hybrid working with an expectation to be in the office three days per week.
Youll provide day-to-day HR support across a busy advisory function focusing on employee relations and practical delivery rather than strategy.
The successful Senior HR Advisor will have experience in -
Managing sickness absence grievance and disciplinary cases from start to finish
Providing clear pragmatic HR advice to managers
Ensuring HR policies and processes are applied consistently across teams
Maintaining accurate documentation and case records
Supporting TUPE and organisational change activity
Delivering effective HR administration and ensuring compliance with employment law
Contributing to ongoing HR projects and improvements
