Job Summary

Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to work on luxury residential projects in and around Marbella.

Requirements

Degree or Masters in Interior Design Interior Architecture or similar qualification

A highly skilled Senior Interior Designer with at least five years proven experience in high-end residential projects

The successful applicant will speak English and Spanish fluently

Experience of AutoCAD SketchUp Revit and 3D rendering is required

Excellent people skills the ability to take ownership of new clients quickly establishing and maintaining good working relationships.

The ability to work well with the team but also to work autonomously.

Must be articulate have attention for detail and be well presented.

Must have a valid driving license and car.

Must have a portfolio

Responsibilities

Develop client relationships to understand and develop a project brief from concept through to project completion

Articulate the clients vision through delivery of professional design concepts to the highest standard

Creation of design concepts mock-ups renderings client presentations

Research and source suitable suppliers

Develop comprehensive quotations

Client supplier and stakeholder coordination as required

Package:

Location: Marbella showroom

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 10 am to 6 pm with occasional work on a Saturday.

Salary: Circa 2600 net plus project-based commissions
