Job Summary
Ceramic Tile Foreman
Were seeking a skilled Ceramic Flooring Foreman to lead installation crews within our ceramic and tile division. This position oversees projects involving ceramic porcelain natural stone and specialty tile installations across commercial and industrial job sites. Work occurs throughout the Midwest with a primary focus in the greater Indianapolis area.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead ceramic and tile installation crews on job sites
Plan coordinate and oversee all phases of tile and stone installation projects
Ensure top-quality craftsmanship safety and project efficiency
Read and interpret blueprints specifications and layout drawings
Manage tools materials and daily job site organization
Communicate effectively with project managers clients and team members
Train coach and evaluate installers to maintain high performance standards
Address and resolve on-site issues promptly and professionally
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in ceramic porcelain or stone tile installation
Supervisory or foreman experience leading crews on commercial job sites
Strong understanding of tile setting materials layout and installation techniques
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Willingness to travel throughout the Midwest (overnight stays as needed)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
