Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Elementary Level
Location: District-Wide Illinois Elementary Schools
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday 8:30 AM 3:40 PM (37.5 hours per week)
Were looking for a passionate and collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our district-wide team and support elementary students across schools. This full-time position plays a vital role in strengthening academic and behavioral outcomes through data-driven interventions coaching and team-based collaboration.
A key focus of this role centers on the Structured Teaching and Learning Room (STLR) a specialized program designed to provide intensive individualized instruction for students with autism and developmental delays. The STLR environment fosters growth in communication social interaction and positive behavior while providing tailored academic instruction through an alternate or modified curriculum.
As a BCBA youll work closely with educators families and related service providers to ensure that every student receives the support needed to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Requirements
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (required).
- Experience working with students with autism and developmental delays (preferred).
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis Special Education Psychology or a related field.
- Proven ability to analyze data develop behavior plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
