About Us:CycleBar is more than just a fitness studio; were a community dedicated to providing a fun and energizing experience for our members. Were seeking a motivated and organized Operations and Sales Expert to join our team and drivecleanlinss and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Membership Sales: Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for memberships.
- Revenue Growth: Increasing studio revenue through promotions and events.
- Community Outreach:Engage with the local community to promote CycleBar and build relationships with potential members.
- Staff Cleanliness: Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable for members.
- Studio Communication:Handle studio emails and ensure timely responses to member inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service preferably (2 years) in the fitness industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A go-getter attitude with a passion for fitness and community engagement.
