Job Description
Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson required to join a leading HVAC Supplier.
Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson will be responsible for handling customer needs processing orders providing product information and ensuring a smooth sales process across face-to-face phone and email interactions.
An ideal Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson will be customer-focused highly organised and capable of managing sales transactions while maintaining positive dealer and client relationships.
Package & Location:
- $40000 - $55000 performance incentives

- Based in Pompano & Doral FL
Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service via face-to-face phone and email interactions
- Support sales growth by maintaining accounts and communicating product launches promotions and services
- Execute all aspects of the sales function including order processing purchase orders payment processing quotes and delivery schedules
- Generate new and repeat sales by providing accurate product and technical information
- Assist with warranties returns and problem resolution in collaboration with the Branch Manager
Counter Sales/Inside Sales Representative/Salesperson Requirements:
- Experience in customer service inside sales or order management (HVAC knowledge preferred)
- Familiarity with HVAC equipment/products and ability to explain technical information clearly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word) and database applications
- Strong organisational multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills (phone email and face-to-face) with ability to manage high-volume customer traffic
