Position Summary
- Assist with the preparation of event & meeting spaces tending bar and serving platters of food.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service enabling future bookings
- Assist with event arrangements to create a space for the guests to gather and belong exceeding their expectations
- Handle general enquiries creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests requirements
- Support the banquets team in general operational tasks
- Be a confident and welcoming team leader creating a community that empowers your team to grow and reach their potential
- Plan and execute team building activities for your team as together we are better.
About You:
- An up-to-date RSA
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Working rights in Australia
- Enthusiastic to escalate your career
- Self-motivated driven and energized in a fast-paced environment
