Part-Time Hospitalist Internal or Family Medicine
Location: Mishawaka IN
Schedule: Flexible scheduling
Position Overview:
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Hospitalist (Internal Medicine or Family Medicine) to join our care team in Green Bay Wisconsin on a full-time OR part-time basis. This position offers flexible scheduling a manageable patient load and the chance to work with a collaborative patient-centered care team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient care to adult medical patients in an acute or post-acute setting.
Perform admissions daily rounding and discharges.
Coordinate care with nursing case management specialists and families.
Document all patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner using the EMR.
Participate in quality initiatives and support a culture of clinical excellence.

Qualifications:
MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Active Indiana medical license (or ability to obtain).
Inpatient or hospitalist experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal clinical and communication skills.
