Job Summary
Regional Sales Director Landscape Maintenance
Location: Tennessee - Memphis or Nashville preferred
Are you a strategic sales leader with deep experience in commercial service industries Were looking for a high-performing Regional Sales Director to drive growth lead teams and shape the future of our Landscape Maintenance business across multiple states in the South.
What Youll Do:
Lead and manage the sales strategy for multiple landscape maintenance branches across the region
Build coach and mentor a team of Business Developers
Identify and secure new commercial maintenance contracts with HOAs retail centers campuses municipalities and more
Partner with operations leadership to ensure a seamless client experience and strong renewal performance
Track KPIs market trends and competitive insights to guide strategic decision-making
What Were Looking For:
Proven experience in B2B sales leadership ideally in the commercial landscaping industry
Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance services pricing and client retention strategies
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams
Results-driven with a track record of growing revenue across multi-branch territories
Based in Tennessee or willing to relocate; travel within the region required
