Job Description
Bilingual P&C Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Producer
Established agency seeking an outgoing personable bilingual individual to provide timely quotes recognize cross-selling opportunities and provide exceptional customer service for commercial and personal lines customers.
Qualifications:
- Establish new relationships with potential clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with key referral partners
- Identify prospects through cold calling over the phone visiting local businesses and walk-ins
- Cultivate relationships and cross-sell additional lines of insurance
- Familiarize yourself with range of products and systems through agency provided training
- Experience in commercial OR personal lines with an interest in learning the other
Requirements:
- Proven customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to self-direct the completion of job duties.
- Experience from an Independent Agency or a Captive Agent
- Must hold Property & Casualty License.
- Must be Bilingual - English and Spanish
Compensation:
Salary: $45k - $55K commission
