Job Summary
Job Title: Landscape Account Manager
Location: Crofton/ Bowie MD
We are currently seeking a top-tier commercial landscape Account Manager to join our growing team in Maryland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional eager to drive growth and maintain strong customer relationships in a vibrant fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationships with commercial clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives and maintain properties to company standards
- Serve as the main point of contact between key clients and production team
- Resolve clients issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in sales management account management or a similar role
- Excellent listening negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Horticulture knowledge of local plants and trees
