As a Sales Manager supporting our Surgical Portfolio and Key Account Customers you will be trusted to drive sales performance implement strategic growth plans and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals across your territory. Based in Lviv you will promote the main responsibility of the SEM: sell Alcon equipment and train ophthalmologists in both public and private clinics on the use of the full range of equipment and consumables related to the companys devices in accordance with company policies and current legislation.
In this role a typical day will include:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Technical Service Customer Service Finance) to solve operational and strategic challenges including equipment planning tender support and key customer engagement.
Executing the Surgical sales strategy through account-by-account planning customer segmentation and territory management using Salesforce1 (SF1).
Driving performance on key metrics including customer-related days visit frequency by segment and sales target achievements in line with ComEx goals.
Identifying new business opportunities supporting local tenders and EFAs and managing strategic product line advocacy through KOL development.
Organizing and supporting professional events such as round tables local congresses and promotional activities to strengthen Alcons market presence.
WHAT YOULL BRING TO ALCON:
A university degree in Medicine Pharmacy Biology Chemistry Engineering or Business Economics.
Previous experience in regional sales account management or commercial roles within Medical Devices preferably in Ophthalmology or Surgical Equipment.
Strong command of business acumen sales forecasting and CRM systems (Salesforce1 preferred); solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent interpersonal negotiation and time management skills with a proactive and strategic mindset.
A B-category driving license and willingness to travel frequently across your assigned region.
