Axiom Staffing Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to oversee projects with multiple workstreams within the Clinical Diagnostics Division (CDD) part of the Specialty Diagnostics Group (SDG). This role requires strong project management leadership and communication skills to successfully drive projects from execution through completion. The Associate Project Manager will interact with all levels of the organization and serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the detailed planning and management of operations activities across multiple projects through completion.
Ensure project milestones and requirements are met while applying risk management and continuous improvement practices.
Develop solutions and execution strategies for complex or unique challenges.
Track project status in detail and act with urgency to expedite critical path tasks.
Own and maintain key project artifacts including Project Plans Midterms Closeouts and Lessons Learned documentation.
Identify and address gaps challenges and inefficiencies that could impact project success.
Provide clear concise updates and reports to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Resolve conflicts and navigate sensitive issues effectively.
Support business meetings by preparing and delivering status updates and technical presentations.
Influence decisions and contribute to business outcomes through expert advice and collaboration.
- 6 month contract
- Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
- $36.00/hr
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Life Science Engineering or a related field (required).
4 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
PMP certification preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational planning communication and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities with the capability to engage diverse audiences.
Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
