The Maritime Program Coordinator will assist in the coordination of the Alabama Maritime Consortium Project at the College. This role involves oversight of facility renovations equipment procurement employer engagement and student recruitment into the maritime industry. Serving as the liaison between the College the Alabama Community College System (ACCS) and maritime and defense industry partners this role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the Gulf Coast maritime workforce pipeline. The coordinator will ensure successful project implementation compliance budget management and industry collaboration.
Grant-Funded (ACCS Board of Trustees Salary Schedule C3 $56500 annually). Continued employment is contingent upon grant funding. This is a non-tenure track position Non-Probationary Status cannot be obtained.
