What Youll Do
As part of a collaborative well-supported care teamyoull:

• Conductcomprehensiveinitialevaluationsandestablishinitial treatment plans.

• Provide therapy toadolescent &adultpatients(ages12) withdiagnosesincluding anxiety depression mood disorders PTSD and SUD.

• Collaborate with a wide network of support including psychiatry crisis services peer support case managers and more.

• Setting:100% Remote outpatient CHMC based out of Vermont

• Schedule:MondayFriday40hrs/wk8:00 AM 5:00 PMEST open to 8 or 10 hr shifts

• Appointments:60minutesforinitialevaluations30minutesfor follow-up appointments

• Looking for a clinician who is familiar and comfortable working within a Community Mental Health setting

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in providingtherapy servicesas an independentlylicensedIndependentClinicalSocial Worker (LICSW)orLicensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor(LCMHC) orLicensedMarriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• ActiveVermontLICSWLCMHC and/or LMFT licenserequired

• Full-time availability (40hoursper week) duringESThours

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• Telehealth experience preferred (familiaritywithmyAvatarNXis a plus!)

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
