Job Summary
POSITION SUMMARY
The incumbent in this position is responsible for serving beverages to guests of the Spokane Tribe Casino.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve beverages to Casino customers as established by the department.
- Uphold the highest standard of customer service and provide the best possible experience for our guests.
- Responsible for the security and accuracy of assigned checks and is accountable for any and all overages and shortages.
- Keep cocktail server station clean and orderly.
- Act as a guest service representative by providing information about the facility.
- Act in a manner that is professional in body language and attitude.
- Alert management to guests who are intoxicated or under 21.
- Enhance the companys objective to provide an entertaining environment through maintenance of visual appearance according to department standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Must meet established department appearance standards.
- The skills and abilities necessary to perform within this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or through related experience. Customer service skills required.
