Youll collaborate with engineers technicians and research institutions to develop cutting-edge testing techniques and uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.

How Youll Make an Impact
- Lead complex chemical analyses to support product development and quality assurance.
- Develop and implement advanced testing methods including spectroscopy and thermal analysis.
- Supervise oil analysis using IEEE IEC and ASTM standards to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to meet certification standards.
- Collaborate with universities and research centers to drive innovation.
- Support ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation efforts for technical competence and quality.
- Prepare technical reports specifications and recommendations for cross-functional teams.
- Represent the lab in customer meetings and technical conferences.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Laboratory Science or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of analytical experience in a manufacturing or fluids lab environment.
- Experience with transformer or electrical industry preferred.
- Strong understanding of chemistry and related disciplines.
- Proven ability to solve cross-disciplinary technical challenges.
- Excellent communication skills for internal and customer-facing interactions.
