Job Summary
Job Description
Were on the hunt for a professional proactive and safety-focused Night Shift Linehaul Swap Driver for the route between Christchurch and Picton. The position is Monday to Friday with a 6:30 PM start.
Delivering with Care
- Conduct pre-trip safety and temperature checks.
- Ensure safe loading unloading and secure deliveries.
- Follow efficient routes and provide on-time service.
- Complete accurate paperwork and report any issues.
Looking After Your Truck
- Perform daily checks and report maintenance needs.
- Drive safely and efficiently using equipment properly.
- Keep your truck clean and fuelled.
Great Customer Service
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
- Represent Halls with pride.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Full & clean Class 5 license
- Solid driving experience (bonus points for refrigerated transport!)
- Proficient in reversing units coupling & uncoupling precision is key!
- A cool head under pressure time deadlines are part of the game
- A self-motivated can-do attitude
