This is a hybrid position offering the flexibility of remote telework with the requirement to be on-site at least one day per week on average. Occasional adjustments may be made based on team needs or project demands.

What Youll Do
Core Research
Research Methods
- Plan and execute qualitative and select quantitative research studies with minimal guidance.
- Create research protocols interview guides and participant screeners aligned with product goals.
- Independently identify relevant methods (e.g. interviews usability testing surveys journey mapping).
- Contribute to product-level insights that inform design content and engineering decisions.
- Identify research opportunities and gaps in coverage within the product space.
Participant Recruitment
- Use internal and external platforms to recruit diverse participants aligned with study goals.
- Collaborate with CSMs or other internal partners to recruit from live customer accounts.
- Develop and reuse recruiting templates or tools to support team scalability.
Research Execution
- Conduct research sessions independently using moderated and unmoderated techniques.
- Analyze raw data and synthesize into clear insights themes and frameworks.
- Translate findings into actionable recommendations that shape product strategy and roadmap.
Communication and Collaboration
Internal
- Partner with Designers PMs and Engineers to define scope questions and decision points.
- Share work-in-progress and insights in team reviews or standups.
- Participate in and occasionally facilitate research synthesis workshops or critiques.
Cross-Functional
- Collaborate with CSMs PMs or Sales to ensure insights reflect customer realities.
- Present research outcomes to cross-functional stakeholders in clear and actionable formats.

Customer
- Conduct user interviews and usability tests with a focus on surfacing motivation pain points and behaviors.

Research Operations and Enablement
- Maintain research documentation and contribute to team repositories and toolkits.
