Job Summary
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas such as lobbies hallways restrooms laundry rooms etc.
- Perform facilities maintenance duties including minor repairs and maintenance tasks
- Prepare outdoor areas for various weather conditions by weatherproofing areas covering outdoor furniture with tarps tying down unsecured items
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good working condition
- Assist with moving furniture and equipment as required
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Porter or in a similar role - Preferred
- A high school diploma or equivalent (Preferred not Required)
- Basic knowledge of cleaning supplies and maintenance tools
- Ability to follow instructions strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects
Additional Information :
Pines at Castle Rock - 630 Units
$18-$20/hr
Monday-Friday from 7am to 4pm
