The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach.
As an Landscape Estimator youll:
- Plan prepare and develop project estimates
- Manage client communications service issue resolution project management
- Create blueprints and portfolios for customers
- Organize facilitate and lead to solve customer problems or concerns
- Create scopes of work for landscape installation teams
- Negotiate contracts and enhancements
- Earn new work through referrals from the existing customer base
- Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving sales that meet goals
If this sounds exciting to you we are seeking a leader with these qualifications:
- Proven landscape estimating experience (3 years)
- Great communication skills both verbally and in writing
- Posses strong mathematical and grammatical skills
- Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions
- Advanced computer skills and database knowledge
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record is required
- Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check
