Job Summary

As a Chemical Production Unit Supervisor you will be responsible for controlling and optimizing production processes through the Distributed Control System (DCS) ensuring compliance with safety quality and performance targets. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary international team where innovation collaboration and continuous improvement drive success.

Your Responsibilities

Reporting to the Shift Manager Operations you will:

Production Process Control

Monitor and control process parameters through DCS and on-site checks to ensure compliance with safety standards SOPs and production targets.
Analyze and solve process issues to prevent reoccurrence or impact on other operations.
Supervise operators to ensure stable and safe production activities.
Record process and operational data accurately and completely.
Prepare detailed shift handover reports for smooth communication between shifts.

Productivity & Facility

Support continuous improvement activities such as TPM Skill Block Training and other development initiatives.
Identify and implement actions to improve production efficiency and equipment reliability.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in assigned production areas according to company standards.

Your Profile

Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Engineering Science or a related field.
Minimum 5 years (Diploma) or 3 years (Bachelors) experience in chemical or petrochemical manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in DCS operation for chemical or petrochemical processes.
Experience in plant or process commissioning is an advantage.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
