Job Summary
Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) was created in 2019 in Lisbon Portugal with the mandate to provide financial services for Air Liquide European the space of 4 years it has expanded to over 400 employees based in 3 office locations: Lisbon Tomar and Guarda. The geographical scope was extended to include besides the European affiliates also entities located in Africa Middle-East and India and the operational scope was extended and includes today not just Finance but also Human Resources.

However we are looking for someone that apart from IT can also have some knowledge in terms of SAP/ availability to learn about it
An IT Support professional makes sure that your companys computer software and hardware remains functional and accessible for all your employees. By creating tickets and/or working to resolve them technicians reduce lost work time due to computer issues increasing productivity and efficiency.
Attend to initial technical support requests both in person and over via phone chat or ticket regarding company applications and systems
Troubleshoot computer problems including identifying the cause (hardware software user access etc.)
Guide employees on appropriate actions to take
Serve as a liaison between employees and the technology engineering department to resolve more complex issues
Document resolutions for future reference
Support to configure hardware and software operating systems and applications
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Provide support for the implementation of new applications
Create and manage user accounts ensuring secure access control
Maintain IT equipment asset lists
Ensure IT Compliance on Entity Equipments usage (software and hardware)
Test and evaluate new technologies
Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment
Maintain relationships with key functions across all areas of the business to ensure a consistent approach to delivering quality products and IT infrastructure
Ensure continuous inventory optimization to meet business needs
Work in conjunction with the Business Systems Manager to identify and implement solutions according to business requirements provide support for inquiries and share best practice knowledge
Are you a MATCH
Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in IT support
Knowledge of computer operating systems hardware and software
Analytical skills
Knowledge SAP Service NowOthers APPs / ERPs Knowledge will be highly considered
Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and other professionals such as software developers.
Google WorkSpace Skills (it will be a plus)
Intermediate English - Mandatory
