Job Summary
As a Backend Engineer in Wix Services youll work in a highly distributed cutting-edge environment playing a central role in building scalable resilient systems that handle millions of requests per your day-to-day you will:
Solve real complex problems at a high scale
Design our system to handle big scale while taking into account resiliency and backward-forward compatibility with top-notch software engineering
Improve your skills and learn from top-notch engineers
Push your code to millions of users every day
Write TDD and clean code
*At Wix our work model is hybrid with 4 days a week from our North Tel Aviv Campus and 1 day of remote work from home; please make sure this fits your preferences before moving forward.
Qualifications :
3 years of experience as a backend engineer
Possess an in-depth understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and SOLID principles
Background in design with passion for Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodology
Knowledge and interest in microservice architectures
Strong communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Flexible adaptable to context changes and open-minded
